Terms & Conditions.

The following Terms and Conditions shall apply and deemed to be accepted by all parties involved.

1) Any advise given - either verbally, in writing or on this website is purely my opinion, gained through experience - and should therefore be taken as guidence only. No responsibility will be taken by this company or individual for any error.

2) Any “contract” undertaken or advice given – either verbally, in writing or on this website is subject solely to English law and under the jurisdiction of the English Courts of law.

3) Any “membership” fee is accepted solely as a retainer – a fee paid in advance to secure first option on the service offered by this company.

4) This company holds the right to refuse membership to any individual or company.

5) Duty to refuse to accept a request. In certain circumstances we have a legal duty to refuse to accept a request. The terms of this document cannot override that duty. Before a request is accepted, we must have had a reasonable opportunity to satisfy ourselves that we are permitted to accept such a request. This company shall not be liable if we decline to accept a request in a case where it is not permitted or required to do so.

6) Payments. Fees in respect of work done will be paid within 60 days of the receipt by you of the invoice rendered in respect of that work.

7) There may be times when we may not be able to action your request immediately - due to sickness; holidays or any other unforseen event - We will however endevour to inform you of any such eventuality - this is deemed to be excepted by all parties without any liability to this company or individual.

This company or individual cannot accept any responsibility for information given that is either misinterpreted by the author or the recipient and which is based either on experience gained or a matter of law where the precedence is yet to be decided by a court of law. Any information or guidence given is purely an opinion, therefore it is recommended that accredited legal advise is sought where appropriate.
